Wild South Esk Trail
There is a variety of nature to be found in Angus’s coast and waters. Follow the 50 mile Wild South Esk trail from the North Sea at Montrose Bay, where you could spot bottlenose dolphins, seals and amazing coastal birds, to high into the Cairngorm Mountains. Search here for mighty birds of prey like Golden Eagle and elusive mammals including wildcat and pine marten.
