Dog Friendly Angus

With so many wide open spaces, Angus is a paradise for dog lovers and their four legged companions.

From beaches and parks to woodland and glens, there are no shortage of places to enjoy walking with your dog in Angus.

Please remember to follow the Scottish Outdoor Access Code when out with your dog. This includes things such as:

  • Never let your dog worry or attack farm animals
  • Don’t take your dog into a field unless there is a clear path, and stick to that path
  • Avoid causing concern to others by keeping your dog to heel or on a short lead
  • Pick up and remove your dogs faeces
