We used these suggestions to create an Insider’s Guide to Angus. Packed full of fun for all the family, this guide will take you on a memorable Angus adventure.

“I love spending a family day in Kirriemuir with my children, enjoying playing at the Peter Pan Park and having a walk in Kirrie Den. I have wonderful childhood memories doing the same and love that it remains a family favourite so many years later.”

“I love Angus because of the wide variety of wildlife you can see in different areas like the coast, glens and woods around Kirriemuir. My favourite thing to do is be out on my mountain bike up the Glens or around the local paths by Loch of Kinnordy.”

“Outdoors is my happy space and Angus has such a diverse landscape. From the coast right up to the hills, there’s such a great range of locations and experiences to enjoy.”

“Angus is a wonderful place to stay in. I can visit the seaside or the glens both within an hours drive from each other. Every time my family come over, we go to Lunan Bay and Glen Doll which are two of my favourite places here. The views there are spectacular, and it is so peaceful.”
