Angus Food & Drink Producers

Fresh, seasonal, local produce is everywhere in Angus – at our regular farmers’ markets in Forfar, Montrose, Arbroath and Brechin, in our extensive selection of restaurants and cafes, and in our delicatessens, grocers, butchers, fishmongers and farm shops.

From local lamb, beef and pork to freshly-caught seafood, juicy soft fruit and world renowned asparagus, even vodka, gin and whisky made from the crops in our fields… It’s little wonder this area has gained a reputation for providing the very best of Scottish produce.

We also have a few local delicacies we’re very proud of, including Arbroath Smokies, Aberdeen Angus Beef and Forfar Bridies.
