Four cottages in idyllic location on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. A perfect spot for walking, relaxing and exploring.

The Stables has a spacious living area with large kitchen/ dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove, TV and WiFi. There are three large bedrooms, which can be either super king or twin beds to suit. There is a large family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and a further shower room. Oil-fired central heating throughout. Enclosed garden with BBQ, sauna and ample parking.

The Hayloft is a luxuriously converted stone barn and is an ideal retreat for one or two couples. This cottage has two double bedrooms, both en-suite, a sauna and an upstairs sitting room to take advantage of the views. BBQ, WIFI, TV, parking. Underfloor heating keeps this cottage very warm and comfortable.

Auchavan Farmhouse has two bedrooms- one super king and one either super king or twin. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and a second shower room which also houses the sauna. This is a cosy cottage, with views down the Glen.
BBQ, WIFI, TV, oil fired central heating. Ample parking and outside space.

Presnerb sleeps 4-6 in three bedrooms. One super king/twin, one twin, one king size. There is a family bathroom and a further shower room. There is an inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove in the dining area, and a further woodburning stove in the sitting room. BBQ, WIFI, TV, oil fired central heating throughout. Fenced garden and parking. Presnerb welcomes dogs.

All cottages are fully equipped, cosy and comfortable and have been refurbished to a five star standard.
