WeeCOOK Kitchen is an award winning family restaurant, cafe, takeaway, and pie makers based at Barry Downs Park near Carnoustie. It has a reputation for great food and good vibes! Expect proper fresh tasty food. The style is a mix of traditional and modern Scottish cooking using locally or Scottish sourced ingredients and produce.
From hearty breakfasts & chilled out brunch, exciting lunches, to awesome evening meals, Scottish & local shellfish & seafood, plus a weekly changing ‘secret specials menu’ of local, seasonal or themed special dishes! The WeeCOOK Kitchen is also home to award winning pies which are on the menus or can be purchased to take home!
Dogs are welcome with their well behaved owners, it’s also kid friendly.
As it is unlicensed, you are welcome to bring your own booze to enjoy with your food. BYOB (Bring your own booze) with no corkage applies to wine, beer, cider and Prosecco for you to enjoy for the duration of your meal. Spirits & cocktail cans only permitted with management approval and subject to £5 per person corkage.

All dogs are welcome with well behaved owners. We have water bowls and complimentary dog biscuits.
At weekends we also bake our pooch pies which are human grade mini pies that are just the right size for sharing with fur babies!
