Description

A short walk leads to the remains of an earth house, or soutterrain, of Iron Age date, a curving underground passage, now uncovered. Re-used stones with Bronze Age rock carvings can be seen in its walls. Limited parking in farmyard beside dovecot.

Accessibility
Access to the earth house is through land which may be used by livestock. Please wear strong footwear.
