Snowdrop Festival at Glamis Castle

Our Head Gardener, Des Cotton, invites you to explore the Nature Trail located in Glamis Castle Gardens where the planting of snowdrop bulbs will take place. We will be planting a selection of both single and double snowdrops (Galanthus nivalis and Galanthus nivalis ‘Flore Pleno’ for those galanthophiles amongst you).

What’s included

We will be supplying some tools and staff will be on hand to direct and answer questions. Please do bring your own trowel, gardening gloves and a kneeler should you prefer.

Restaurant

The Castle Kitchen Restaurant serving a selection of hot food and drinks.

We will also be serving our traditional Afternoon Tea menu at a special price of £20 per adult, £10 per child (5-16 years) and free for children under 5. Please note, we require at least 24 hours notice for any Afternoon Tea reservations and we ask that you pre-book your table online here.
