Please note that all 15-minute bookings are shared bookings with 5 others and not exclusive to one individual group or family. As such, please be aware that there could be multiple children sharing the same time with you. This is due to popular demand which allows for more guests to join us to see Santa this year.

All grotto bookings are non-refundable.
