Heidi Talbot and Boo Hewerdine at Montrose Folk Club

Originally coming to prominence as the Lead Singer with the Irish American Super Band, Cherish The Ladies, Heidi Talbot celebrated 20 years as a professional Singer in 2020 with the release of a Compilation Album, featuring tracks from her last five solo releases.

Heidi’s latest Album, “Sing it for a Lifetime” was recorded during Lockdown with some stellar Musicians and across several Time Zones. Heidi has shared the Stage and recorded with Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits, Graham Coxon of Blur, King Creosote and Jerry Douglas, to name a few. She has also been nominated for Folk Singer of the Year at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and the Irish Music Awards.

Joining Heidi on her November Tour of the U.K. will be her long-time collaborator, Ivor Novello award nominated Singer Songwriter, and Montrose Playhouse favourite, Boo Hewerdine. In constant demand as a Musician, Songwriter and live concert performer, Boo has written more than a thousand published songs.

Heidi and Boo have recorded and toured extensively, going back to Heidi’s first Solo Tour of the U.K. in 2005.
