Food & Drink Festival at Glamis Castle

Combine a visit to our castle and gardens with food and drink and you have the recipe for a great day out. Our Food and Drink Festival celebrates the many quality food and drink businesses in the region as you can meet an array of local food and drink companies showcasing the very best produce from the Angus area.

This year Glamis Castle has its very own gin to showcase at the event. As part of our 650th anniversary celebrations, we have launched the Glamis Castle 650th Anniversary Small Batch Gin. Made in collaboration with local distillers The Gin Bothy, the gin has been made using natural botanical ingredients sourced in the castle’s Walled Garden including juniper, grapes and verbena. Our gin will be available to purchase in our Pavilion Shop on the day.

The Castle Kitchen Restaurant will be open for visitors looking to sit down for a coffee or a spot of lunch. Outside, the Hub Café will be providing takeaway hot and cold drinks and snacks for those looking for a bite to eat on the move.

The Food and Drink festival takes place on Sunday 22nd May, 2022 from 11am – 4pm. To book tickets, please select a grounds and gardens ticket from the options available on our website.
