Caledonian Railway – Diesel Saturdays

Rekindle some forgotten memories or create new ones and see what it was really like to travel in days gone by with our fleet of mainline heritage diesel locomotives and carriages. You can start your journey at either our terminus station in the small town of Brechin of our countryside stop at Bridge of Dun, located about 3 miles west of Montrose.
In the interests of safety and security, please be aware that we DO NOT allow any public access to our storage sheds, workshops or onto the track/lineside. All visitors must remain on the platforms and other specified public access areas at all times.

Due to a private charter booking. the 11 and 11.35 trains on 6 and 20 July and 10 August will not operate.
There is no Diesel Saturdays on 29 June, 27 July, 3 and 24 August.
