A two-time major winner, he is undoubtedly one of the most iconic and charismatic names in the world of golf.

With the seniors open at Carnoustie in 2024 this is the ideal chance to hear Golf stories from a world class golfer up close and personal! Known simply as JD his golfing mantra is simple “I hit the ball as hard as I can. If I find it, I hit it again.”- if Happy Gilmore had a real life equivalent, it would be big JD! JD’s views on golf and life are almost unrivalled and we are delighted to welcome him to Arbroath for an evening of stories about the ups and downs of being a successful golfer and the rags to riches stories you don’t want to miss.
