Starters
Lightly spiced parsnip soup with homemade bread
Hot Smoked salmon salad with homemade bread
Baked blue cheese filled Portobello mushrooms and rocket salad

Main Courses
Traditional roast turkey, pigs and blankets, oatmeal stuffing, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes and cranberry sauce
Scottish salmon, watercress sauce, pan roast sprouts, honey glazed carrots and parsnips and roast potatoes
Loin of venison, juniper jus, seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes
Jewelled nut roast. Walnuts and cashews with butternut squash, sweet potato, carrot and cheddar cheese topped with white onion marmalade, apricots, cranberries and flaked almonds and served with seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes.

Tickets

Tickets to our festive lunch are £60 per person. Lunch will commence at 3pm.  Adults aged 17+.
