Kinblethmont House Tours

Meet outside the main front door of Kinblethmont House where the tour will begin.

The tour will take you into the entrance hall, hallway, drawing and dining rooms on the ground floor and then up the stairs to the main landing and some bedrooms and back down to the entrance hall. You will see how the house was designed for servants and family, some history of the Lindsay family and how the present owners came to inherit. Among other things you will also see our very own Pictish stone and Bonnie Prince Charlie’s coat and wig.

This is fun, interesting tour is put on as part of our snowdrop weekend and led by family members who are not professional historians! All proceeds will go towards Leysmill Scout Group and SGS charities.

Tours take place on 25 February 11am – 12 noon and 2pm – 3pm.  26 February 11am – 12 noon and 2pm – 3pm.

Admission £5.  Under 12s Free.
