Wimmen Folk of North East Scotland with Lynne Campbell

We are delighted to welcome back local Scottish folk singer, Lynne Campbell, to the Gin Bothy Experience with her ‘Wimmen Folk of North East Scotland’ show.

Scotland’s folk tradition has incredible women’s stories woven into its songs, and our women Scots poets and songwriters bring the realities of womanhood to life; love, work, sex, motherhood, grief, and connection with nature. In this lively and engaging show, expect some old favourites, as well as brand new reworkings of one of Angus’ (and Scotland’s) most underrated women poets.

THIS EVENT IS RECOMMENDED FOR ADULTS (18 years +).

Additional Information

• The performance will start at 7.00pm and finish at 8.20/8.30pm, timings include a 15-20 minute interval and finish time is approximate.
• This event will be held in the Byre Tasting Room at the Gin Bothy Experience in Glamis (DD8 1RT).
• Tickets with an interval drink will include one ‘Classic’ Gin Bothy Gin with mixer OR a soft drink per ticket. The ‘Classic’ gins available will be; Original, Raspberry and Gunshot.
• Please note this is a public event where you maybe seated next to other guests.
• Assistance dogs are welcome.
