Hamish McHaggis Family Day
About This Event
Calling all young adventurers to Glamis Castle on 26th April.
Join us at Glamis Castle for a special Hamish McHaggis Family Day as we celebrate 20 years of the beloved Scottish children’s series written by Linda Strachan and illustrated by Sally J. Collins.
Step into the world of Hamish, Rupert, Angus, and Jeannie and the book set here at Glamis Castle as well as the others within the series that highlight other Scottish landmarks including Edinburgh Castle, Loch Ness and the Falkirk Wheel. Visitors can meet the Hamish McHaggis mascot, listen in on story time with Linda Strachan, take part in a series of crafts including ‘make your own heather’ and collect your very own Hamish McHaggis passport that shows you joined in the fun at Glamis Castle!
