Hemp it Up is based on a small mixed farm in Angus.

Hemp is grown here for the seeds which are then cold pressed into a deliciously nutty oil which can be added to salads, dips, dressings, soup, pasta, pizza, vegetables and more. The oil is full of essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, and excellent for heart health.

The bi-product is milled into a highly nutritious protein powder that is also fantastic for health and comprises 50% protein.

Hemp It Up use sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices, taking great care to ensure that their hemp plants are grown without the use of any pesticides or fungicides.

As a relatively new business, Hemp It Up don’t have their own farm shop but are stocked in many local outlets, including farm shops, eco shops, delicatessens and health food shops in Angus, Fife and Perthshire. Stockists are listed on the Hemp It Up website, where you can also order products for delivery.
