The area provides wooden adventure playgrounds for older and younger children plus a large splash area and paddling pool with water-based play equipment and in the summer a 9 hole Crazy Golf Course and 2 Tennis Courts. Make sure you remember your towels!
Sandy Sensation was opened in 2009.
It is situated on the seafront in the town of Carnoustie only yards from the beach near the Pavilion and the Leisure Centre next to a car park.
For those travelling by rail, Sandy Sensation is only a stone’s throw away from Carnoustie Railway Station, situated on the main Aberdeen to London East Coast rail line. Buses are also frequent to Carnoustie from the south and north and stops are positioned on the main thoroughfare not far from the playpark.
Crazy golf and tennis courts are open from April to September.
