Carnoustie is a small coastal town ten miles east of Dundee, famed for its long sandy beaches and golf course. Carnoustie’s championship course is considered to be one of the finest in the world and has been the location of thrilling Open Championships.
Windsurfing, canoeing and sailing are also enjoyed in the large shallow bay in the town. Dolphins have also often been spotted visiting on occasion.
