Kinclune House and Annex is located on an 800 acre nature-friendly, organic farm, which is a haven for wildlife lovers and those seeking peace and tranquility.
The dog-friendly accommodation is perfect for a family holiday or special celebration. Sleeping up to 14 between the house and annex, with 7 bedrooms and 5 luxurious bathrooms, the interiors were carefully and elegantly designed to compliment the rural charm of the setting.
Kinclune is home to a highland pony stud and working organic farm and was awarded the RSPB Nature of Scotland Food and Farming Awards in 2021 for their nature conservation projects, including pockets of rewilding and conservation grazing with native ponies and cattle. Farm tours and pony experiences are available.

Up to 3 dogs are welcome at Kinclune House (2 in the main house and 1 in the annex).
We provide a doggy welcome hamper, dog bowls, dog towels, 1 dog crate and 2 dog beds. There is an outside tap for washing muddy paws, but we do ask guests to please not allow their dogs on the furniture.
Guests have the use of the large garden and the beech wood behind the house for exercising their dogs.
Dependant on the season, they are also welcome to walk in the fields in front of the house (when not in use for livestock).
All year round they have the use of 25 hectare Muir of Holm Wood, which is home to red squirrel, pine marten, badger, red kite, buzzards and roe deer.
We also recommend local lochs, RSPB Reserve Loch Kinnordy, Lintrathen Reservoir and Backwater Reservoir for beautiful nearby walks (within a 10 minute drive).
