Holiday Accommodation
Charleton Farm has two properties available for rental. Both are traditional, characterful buildings that have been sympathetically modernised to create comfortable holiday lets.
Laundry Cottage is a large, three-bedroom detached house which can sleep 6 persons (with room for an additional small child). With separate living and dining rooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large garden, there’s plenty room for all.
The Wee Cottage sleeps up to 4. It features a kitchen/living area, a double bedroom, twin room, utility and a luxury shower. It also has a private garden.
Both houses welcome pets and have their own private hot-tubs (additional charges apply).
Cafe & Restaurant
Open 10am – 4pm daily, Charleton Fruit Farm has a welcoming cafe and restaurant which serves breakfasts, home-cooked lunches and a delicious array of coffee, cakes and desserts. It is famed for its summer strawberry tarts and well loved for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
There are cosy fireside tables to be found in the old stables and flower barn and an excellent outdoor courtyard which is a popular place to enjoy a meal on warmer days.
The farm also has a seasonal take-away facility in the play-park area which serves a selection of hot and cold snacks, drinks, coffees and whippy ice creams.
The farm also hosts the occasional barbecue weekend and licensed evening dining experience.

Dog Friendly
Dogs on leads are welcome around much of the farm including the fruit picking areas (the only exceptions being the play park and certain indoor restaurant tables).
There are water bowls and dog treats available for use. Blankets and hot-water bottles are on hand for owners who dine with their pets in the outdoor courtyard.
Pets are also allowed in the holiday rentals (small fee applies).
