Billy and Jory Duncan started Carnoustie Distillery in September 2017 in their garden shed in Angus. The father and son team have set up what is the finest small, possibly the smallest, distillery in the UK. All their spirits are hand-crafted in small batches and are fermented, distilled, bottled and labelled in their cabin in Carnoustie.
We produce five rums from molasses giving it a rich deep taste ranging from our Toffee Apple Rum 29% to our Mango Rum 67%. We also produce several vodkas with our famous White Chocolate Vodka 29% the talk of the town, then our flavoured gins with the standout favourites of Rhubarb & Watermelon 39%, Pineapple & Mango 20% and Blood Orange 29%, we have something for everyone!
