The cottage is a detached annex of Burnside House and offers off street parking for 2 cars. It has its own front door with disabled access and an enclosed secure garden to the rear with beautiful views over Strathmore and towards Sidlaw Hills.
The lovely warm and comfortable accommodation is on two levels. The lower level is the lounge with gas fire and dining area, kitchen with modern appliances, one double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with disabled facilities shower. The upper level has one twin bedroom (can be changed into a superking if required). Upstairs bedroom can also accommodate a travel cot.
Outside there is a small rear terrace where it is possible to sit, relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside and have a BBQ.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. There are many dog friendly places to walk, visit and eat locally.
Garden Cottage is ideal for those wanting to explore Dundee, Angus, Fife and further afield, for sightseeing, all sporting activities, attending events in the area, visiting family and friends or just to relax.
