Osprey tours is an eco friendly step on and meet and watch wildlife tour company from Scotland. We have different lengths of bird watching and nature watching tours.
Tours can range from the Angus Glens, Angus coast, the Cairngorms, Aberdeenshire coast and hills to Argyll, and the Highlands & Islands.
Full day tours last 6-8 hours and can involve hiking up mountains to find species such as eagles or ptarmigan. Half day tours last 3-4 hours and tend to be in the glens or forests looking for crested tits, birds of prey such as osprey or red kites.
Beginner tours are 2 hours long in hides or viewing platforms in wooded or coastal areas.
We can do specialised tours too such as a 200 bird year, get the tick and move on. No hanging about watching the bird.
At certain times of the year there can also be tours such as watching the red deer rut.
