Monikie Country Park has many attractions including adventure activities, seasonal trails, marquee and BBQ hire and an adventure play park.
The park operates all year round and offers windsurfing, sailing, raft building, kayaking, Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) and canoeing. Take part in taster sessions, individual instruction, group activities or Royal Yacht Association and British Canoe Union courses.
You’ll also find a wide range of walks and trails which are suitable for both walkers and cyclists. Wildlife enthusiasts can come watch the wildlife and bird hides throughout the park. Information regarding self-led activities involving simple map reading, such as Orienteering and Animalteering, can be found in the Information Centre.
