Voicefest is a sustainable, inclusive annual music festival that not only entertains but also engages with the local community as well as lovers of choral music and other voice based musical genres, and storytelling.

Held in September each year, 2026 festival dates are Fri 18 – Sun 20 September.

Born out of a desire to use and celebrate the stunning Brechin Cathedral and bring a range of musical experiences to be heard in its unique acoustic setting, VoiceFest is more than just a music festival. It will build a community of music lovers, those new to singing and live music, artists and volunteers who will come together to create a unique and unforgettable experience for local people and visitors alike.
