Ride the North 2026
About This Event
Ride the North is a non competitive cycling event bringing a festival atmosphere as hundreds of riders pass through welcoming towns and villages on the beautiful backroads of Scotland.
Starting and ending at the spectacular Glamis Castle, the route loops around the glorious Angus hills and glens, covering distances of 150k or 110k depending on the route chosen.
It’s not a race, it’s a challenge for all. Ride the North is a supported ride, with mechanical support, support vehicles, signposting, lunches, mobile coffee stops, refreshments and of course all the encouragement you will need.
Booking for participants opens on 15 January 2026 for returning riders, and on 22 January for new participants. Charity places are also available for those who wish to put their efforts to good use and raise essential funds for charity partners of the event.
