One of the best known walks in the area, you can enjoy a scenic stroll through woodland and alongside the Rocks of Solitude.
The walk is around three miles long and takes around two hours, and is well worth it for the spectacular scenery.

Taste Tuesday: Pitscandly Venison are third generation deer farmers, based just outside of Forfar at Pitscandly Farm.
Pitscandly offer all cuts of venison including diced venison for casseroles, haunches, loins, steaks, mince, burgers and of course sausages.
If you would like to learn about how to cook and enjoy venison, Demonstration Sessions are available year round where you can come along and learn from the experts, and enjoy a delicious lunch in the historic walled garden with what has been made. Sessions are £80 per person, which includes a copy of `The Venison Kitchen` recipe book.
