Edzell’s West Water Course can be found at the gateway to the Grampians, in the foothills of the Angus Glens. Indeed, the mountains form a backdrop to this lovely mix of heathland and parkland.
Opened in 2001, this short 9-hole track is predominantly flat with tree-lined fairways, requiring accuracy off the tee.
The course is located in the beautiful village of Edzell, midway between the cities of Dundee and Aberdeen. Named after the river, the West Water Course was designed by Scottish golf course architect Graeme Webster and is the perfect spot for a pre-round warm-up or evening game of golf.
