The Park Hotel is located in the quiet Mid Links area of Montrose just a few minutes walk from the bustling High Street, two golf courses and a beautiful beach.
Our welcoming bar and restaurant offer a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a coffee, lunch, dinner or drink with friends and family or unwind at the end of a day’s work or travel.
The hotel is an excellent base for exploring the Angus Glens and all they have to offer – walking, cycling and fantastic scenery are just a few of the reasons to visit. Closer to home is Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre, Montrose Basin Wildlife Reserve and House of Dun (NTS). Steeped in history, Glamis Castle is 40 minutes away and Dundee, which offers attractions like the V&A Museum of Design, Captain Scott’s Antarctic exploration ship RRS Discovery and Verdant Works is a 45 minute drive away. The dramatic Dunottar Castle is a few miles north just outside Stonehaven.
Golfers are spoiled for choice with two courses – the 1562, the fifth oldest course in the world, and The Broomfield, both just a two minute drive away and more than twenty other courses, including the courses at Carnoustie, within a 45 minute drive. The hotel offers a variety of golf packages or can help to create a bespoke package.
