Newton Farm Tours

Description

Newton Farm Holidays, a real working Angus farm offers an award winning and authentic farm experiences which will inspire both young and old. Your hosts, the farmers Graeme & Louise, share their farming life with you and those of their 2 and 4-legged family.

This is a truly unique opportunity to find out what daily life is like on a Scottish farm throughout the seasons. The farm tour takes approximately 1.5 hours and involves meeting friendly animals including cows, sheep, goats, alpacas & Lucy, the micropig. You may be lucky and see a new-born take their very first staggery steps and find their Mum or bottle feed a lamb.

Whilst walking, hear the farming families’ story and learn where your food comes from. Meet Timmy the cherished vintage tractor and get up close with Farmer Graemes’ big boys toys and enjoy refreshments and farmhouse baking. The standard farm tour is dog friendly too!

Other farm experiences take place depending on the season including our lambing special, feeding frenzy, highland cow and alpaca experience and our goat experience.

Coming soon – we will have our own field to fork produce to enjoy with refreshments after your tour.

Bed & Breakfast or self catering accommodation is also available at Newton Farm Holidays, as well as a completely unique Alpaca Walking Experience.
