In early summer the hedgerows around Glen Prosen fill with the delicate scent of elderflower. Join us at Bothy Distillery to learn how to identify and sustainably forage these seasonal blossoms.

Guests will create their own batch of traditional elderflower cordial before discovering how this bright floral flavour pairs beautifully with our Glen Prosen Highland Single Malt “New Make” Spirit in a refreshing seasonal cocktail.

The experience concludes with a New Make Spirit elderflower cocktail and a locally inspired Bothy Board, celebrating the flavours of the Scottish countryside.
