Barry Mill Summer Festival & Family Picnic
About This Event
Spend a summer afternoon in one of Angus’ most tranquil settings, with family games, outdoor activities, face painting and the chance to see this remarkable working water-powered mill in action.
Spread out your own picnic, settle into the meadow and enjoy classic games and challenges throughout the afternoon. Take part in duckling races in the lade, set off on the duck trail and mouse hunt, and discover the history and workings of the mill through guided tours and milling demonstrations.

Free entry. A small donation is requested on arrival to help support the ongoing care of Barry Mill.
Parking is available on site for £5 per vehicle. Please park responsibly and follow any directions from staff to help ensure access is maintained for residents, visitors and emergency vehicles.
