Working with fibre lover, Fred Porchez from ‘WishEweWereHere,’ you will learn how to prepare fibre for spinning and then go on to try your hand at spinning.

You will learn how to:

• identify different kinds of wool and other fibres
• be shown how to make a ball of yarn using a traditional drop spindle
• try out a spinning wheel
• finally you will be given the opportunity to spin your own yarn

You are welcome to bring your own tools, and seek guidance on how to use them.
