Sacred Grounds Coffee Company is the first speciality coffee roaster in Angus. We roast premium, single origin coffee beans using Fatima, our 5kg Toper machine. We specialise in roasting single origin coffee rather than blending, believing that the skill of our coffee farmers in producing exceptional beans should be respected in the way we roast. All of our coffee is traceable and ethically traded.

Coffee is a seasonal product and so our coffees very much echo the changing seasons, showcasing the best coffees at any given time of the year. This does mean that they change throughout the year. Seasonality is such an important part of our daily diet, something we believe should be reflected in our coffee drinking too.
