When the Stirling brothers set up Arbikie Distillery on their family farm on Scotland’s east coast in 2014 their plan was to combine the best of farming and traditional distilling practices with innovation. Over the last few years, it has become very clear that “Arbikie Highland Estate will be one of the world’s most sustainable distilleries”.

Guests are invited to book a visit to Arbikie Distillery, where they can immerse themselves in the sustainable, field-to-bottle process built on genuine craftsmanship, authentic ingredients, and passionate people. During the tour, visitors will learn how we cultivate a wide range of crops, including potatoes, rye, wheat, and essential botanicals, across our expansive 2000-acre farm overlooking the scenic Lunan Bay.

Experience the unique flavours of Nadar, the world’s first climate-positive gin and vodka, crafted from a base spirit of peas. Additionally, delve into the story of our Highland Rye Single Grain Scotch Whisky and discover why we have reintroduced Rye Whisky after 180 years.

Our guided tours offer an authentic experience, led by individuals who are deeply committed to Arbikie’s ethos. Our visitor experience, which is free to visit, includes access to an onsite café and a retail space. After your tour, relax and enjoy the stunning coastal views while savouring your favourite cocktail at our bar.

Conclude with an expert-led tasting of four exquisite Rye whiskies, featuring our very own Arbikie Highland Rye.

Visitors can also enjoy a bite to eat at The Kirkwood at Arbikie Distillery Experience, and enjoy an overnight stay in the self catering accommodation – ÖÖD by Arbikie.
