Come and experience some of the best golf on the East Coast of Scotland, played under friendly competition conditions at the Carnoustie Classic.

This event brings together golfers from all over the world to play four rounds of Stableford format golf on some of the best and most historic links courses in the country.

For this 20th Anniversary edition of the Classic, the original line-up of courses is being played for the first time in two years. This fantastic week long tournament package contains the legendary Carnoustie Championship course, which has been host venue for The Open, the AIG Women’s Open and more recently The Seniors Open in 2024, as well as being one of the host venues for the annual Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

The other three rounds will be played over two former and one current Open Qualifying course, Monifieth Medal and Montrose 1562 Links, and, returning for 2026, the classic Panmure Golf Club, with its famous ties to Ben Hogan who triumphed in The Open at Carnoustie in 1953.

The Classic has a loyal following, with golfers entering from all parts of the UK, Europe, North America and beyond. Known as one of the friendliest tournaments in the golfing calendar, the Classic has the challenges, and the rewards which other competitions emulate.

The tournament in 2026 will have enhanced prize categories for Gents, Senior Gents and Ladies, as well a fun team competition over the four days. The format is Stableford and all competitors will play one round of golf on each course during the week with prizes also on offer for best score at each venue.
