Brechin Golf Course

Description:

Brechin Golf Club was established in 1893 amid the splendid scenery of Angus. The 10th to the 17th holes of this remarkable course are mainly the work of James Braid, although holes did exist before his modifications. It is this portion of the layout that offers the most memorable golf looking north to the foothills of the Grampians.

The greens are famous throughout the area as being some of the best putting surfaces in the east of Scotland. Tricky to read with indiscernible bumps and hollows and especially so during the summer months, they are a treat to behold.

Just off the A90 dual carriageway between Dundee and Aberdeen, Brechin is easily accessible with a stunning setting and testing holes. Perfect for a golfing break in Angus.
