Terms and Conditions: Visit Angus Prize Draw

We love welcoming visitors to Angus!

To help us give you the best experience possible while you are here, we are asking you to take 5-10 minutes to complete a short online survey.

The survey is open from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. Anyone who completes the survey is eligible to enter our prize draw and be in with a chance of winning a break in Angus, including an overnight stay, experience and a meal at locations of their choice in Angus, up to the value of £300.

  1. The prize draw is open to those who complete the Visit Angus visitor survey online at https://forms.office.com/e/JxauhMKpcX.
  2. The winner will receive an overnight stay, experience and meal at locations of their choice in Angus, up to the value of £300 (in the aggregate). If the trip costs over £300, the remaining balance will be paid for by the winner.
  3. The prize draw is open to those who complete the visitor survey online between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025.
  4. A winner will be selected at random on 1 April 2025 and contacted by email within the same week.
  5. No purchase of any kind is necessary.
  6. No cash alternative will be offered.
  7. Employees of Angus Council Economic Development and their immediate families may not take part.
  8. To enter, you must provide your name and email address. This information will be stored for the purpose of the prize draw only and will be deleted after the prize draw has ended.
  9. The prize must be taken between April and October 2025 (inclusive) and is subject to availability at the chosen locations. Failure to redeem your prize during this time will result in the prize being withdrawn.
  10. If you choose to opt in to emails for further information from Visit Angus, we will store your information for the purpose of sending you information by email only.
  11. You have the option to unsubscribe from mailings at which point your data will be deleted. Your data will not be shared with any other parties. If you choose not to opt in to emails for further information your personal data will not be stored and will be destroyed.
  12. The Promoter’s decision shall be final.
  13. The Promoter is Angus Council, Economic Development, Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar, DD8 1AX.
  14. If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you may request to see this information and have it corrected [or deleted]. Further information is available on our privacy statement.
  15. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer by emailing informationgovernance@angus.gov.uk who will investigate the matter.
