In November 2014, the Batchelor family took over ownership at the established Arbroath butchers of Fleming’s. We are a local family, who have been farming in the Angus and Tayside area for many generations. We are dedicated to maintaining the high standards set by the Fleming family and are also committed to sourcing our products as locally as possible.
From our pastry to our puddings (haggis, oatmeal and black pudding), sausages to our stir fry all our products are made in house with the exception of corned beef, chopped pork and clootie dumpling. By making our products from scratch we can ensure that high quality at each stage of production is achieved.
