SUP Yoga – Ladies Only Course (Beginners)

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until 28 June 2022
Fantastic opportunity to combine two activities on the water, which will support your health and wellbeing, relaxation and most of all your core!
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins and meet at the Information Centre.
Please bring swimwear, footwear for the water and a towel. Wetsuits, buoyancy aids and SUPs will be provided.
