Mortuary Chapel Lantern Parade

Meet at 5pm the entrance to Arbroath’s Western Cemetery by Gallowden Road.

As part of our programme of community engagement around the restoration of the Memorial Chapel, we invite our community to join a willow Lantern Parade that will walk to the Chapel in Arbroath’s Western Cemetery.

In the lead up to this parade, we’ll be hosting lantern making workshops that will create a handmade luminous parade of light, that will guide us through the cemetery and into the Chapel.
