These mini rucksacks can be hired to help your little ones explore the nature reserve. Rucksacks will include resources such as magnifying glass, bug catcher and binoculars.
They are suitable for primary and pre-school age. Activities designed for the children only, but will require adult support.
-Please only book a rucksack for each child you wish to take part in the activity. Adults do not require a ticket/rucksack.
Packs can be collected between 10am and 10.30am from the green cabin next to the tearoom. Average time to complete is 2.5 hours.
Booking is essential, spaces are limited.
Please Note
Please be dressed for the weather. You will meet our staff at the green cabin between 10 and 10.30 am to collect your rucksack and then you can head off on to our nature reserve to explore in your own time.
