Flora, Fauna and Folklore @ House of Dun

9 July 2022, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

£3 – £7
Flora, Fauna and Folklore

A family-friendly guided walk with the North East Ranger, exploring House of Dun estate, its amazing wildlife and stories.

Can you be a detective and help the Ranger find the plants and animals that live at House of Dun as well clues of some of the estates’ special stories?

This walk with interactive activities including a mini-beast hunt, will take us into the Den of Dun and then onto the Angus Viewpoint trail. Come prepared with suitable outdoor clothes and good boots as we may get a little muddy looking for plants and wildlife. This guided walk will follow a mixture of grass and gravel trails and have steps and gradients to climb, so is not suitable for prams.

This event starts and ends in the visitor car park at House of Dun. There is a parking charge for non NTS members. If you have any questions about the event please get in touch with the North East Ranger Service on NERangerService@nts.org.uk

Adults £3.  Children (5-14) £7.
