Christmas Market at Glamis Castle

Get into the festive spirit.

It’s the most magical time of the year and to celebrate we will be hosting our popular Christmas Market.

Enjoy an array of local traders who will be selling a selection of fantastic festive gifts and food and drink items before making the most of your time at Glamis with a walk around our gardens and grounds.

NEW for 2023

This year we will host three Christmas market dates on Friday 24th, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th November.

Wrap up warm and enjoy our very first night market on Friday 24th November. Open from 4pm – 9pm, you can visit our traders whilst listening to the delights of festive music or sampling a tipple from Let their Be Gin.

Alternatively, join us during the day on Saturday 25th November from 11am – 6pm and Sunday 26th November from 11am – 4pm.

What to expect

All tickets to our Christmas Market grants access to the Glamis extensive gardens, children’s play area, free wi-fi and free car parking. The Castle Kitchen Restaurant will be open for visitors looking to sit down for a coffee or a spot of lunch. There will be outdoor food and drink operators available for food on the move as well as live musical performances hosted within our Courtyard.

Our daytime markets on 25th and 26th of November will have a variety of children’s activities on offer including arts and crafts from Art Attack Angus, an opportunity to post a letter to Santa and a Best Dressed Pet competition sponsored by The Happy Go Lucky Dog Company.

Access to our Christmas Market is included within our Gardens and Grounds admission tickets where prices are from £5 per adult, £2.50 per child (5 – 16 years) and free for children under 5.
