Ingredients:
50ml Redcastle Cold Brew Coffee Rum Liqueur
20ml Toll House Scottish Vodka
30ml freshly brewed espresso coffee (we use Sacred Grounds)
Method:
1. Prepare your espresso coffee.
2. Per serve, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the rum liqueur, vodka and espresso coffee.
3. Shake, shake, shake!
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
To serve, garnish with a trio of coffee beans to represent health, wealth and happiness.
Serves 1 – for more than one serve, multiply the ingredients accordingly.
