Caledonian Railway Steam Sundays
11 August 2024, 10:15 am - 4:15 pm
Steam trains officially stopped running on the Britain’s mainlines on 11th August 1968, but here at the Caledonian Railway you can once again relive and experience the delights of steam every summer Sunday.
Take a leisurely trip along our four mile branch line and enjoy the views. You can start your journey at either our terminus station in the small town of Brechin of our countryside stop at Bridge of Dun, located about 3 miles west of Montrose.
