Top accordionist Brandon McPhee and Scotland's son of fun, Eddie Rose, in concert at Brechin City Hall.

Brandon McPhee started to play accordion at the age of ten, influenced by his Grandfather and six months later won his first Competition.

Brandon recorded his first album at 11 years of age, already having won first place at the Caithness Music Festival on button key accordion, first place in his age group at the Lairg Music Festival and first place in the open solo accordion championship.

Brandon has a touch of magic in his playing and a musical ability that is way beyond his years. Since then he has went from strength to strenth and recorded a further three CDs and two DVDs including guest appearances and getting large crowds in venues all over Scotland.

Brandon's main achievement to date is become All Scotland Traditional Accordion Solo Champion. The first time in 27 years that this competition has been won by a Button Box Accordion Player.  For more information please look online.

Eddie Rose, singer, comedian and all round entertainer Eddie Rose performs his Scottish Variety show, 'A Scottish Night Out', in Pitlochry during the summer.

Scotland's Son of Fun writes all his own material, spending weeks building up a new character. He has a complete costume set for every act, each with immaculate make-up and costumes, including fourteen kilts in a variety of tartans.
